Your Responsibilities

• capability to research, develop and represent ideas and concepts in line with Automobili Pininfarina strategies according to the guidance of the project's Lead Designer
• pursue and develop Project Briefings according to the given indications 
• be able to prepare internal and final presentation to the Management
• execute the Design Strategy with necessary and correct autonomy given by the experience
• engage together with the team to support proactively and creatively the development phases of the project
• be the mentor and coordinate the junior team members 

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Product/Transportation Design 
• Automotive/Product/Nautic or Start Ups 
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Interior Design Expertise and knowledgeability; 
• Knowledge of the Design technical Process and product market 
• Skilled use of Photoshop and Blender; 
• Able to use other visualization and render software as VRed 
• Hands-on approach / proactiveness; 
• Team player with a positive attitude; 
• Time and resources management; 
• Strategic and creative thinking;  
• High ability to communicate verbally and visually (through sketches, moodboards, renders andesigns) 
• Problem solving attitude 
• Personality & Social Skills o Leadership skills o Organizing and planning competency o Analytical thinking o Entrepreneurship o Communication skills, etc. 
• Mandatory Personality & Social Skills Willingness to work in an environment that requires flexibility and change. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and come up with practical actions.
